1. About Us
Chase Distribution is a trading name of Susan Higgs Creative Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms and conditions govern your use of the website chasedistribution.co.uk and any wholesale or corporate gifting services we provide.
2. Wholesale Accounts
All wholesale account applications are subject to approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Approved accounts are subject to the terms agreed at the point of account setup.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment terms will be agreed on a per account basis. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Orders and Delivery
All orders are subject to stock availability. We will make every effort to fulfil orders within the agreed timeframe but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. All goods are shipped from the United Kingdom.
5. Returns and Refunds
Wholesale orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Returns must be agreed with us in advance. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15%.
6. Corporate Gifts
Corporate gift orders are bespoke and made to order. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. We will always try to accommodate changes where we can. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Higgs Creative Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Susan Higgs Creative Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
